As a long time South Florida vacation home owner, and having recently retired from 32 years of being a music educator, Joe recently became a full time Florida resident. In addition to his teaching career, Joe built a successful NY real estate brokerage over the last 20 years which remains active today. In anticipation of his relocation to Broward County, Joe became a licensed Florida realtor 6 years ago. While he works across all of Broward County, he specialized his sales activities in Wilton Manors, Oakland Park, Fort Lauderdale, and Pompano Beach. As a traveler and vacation owner in South Florida for over 25 years, Joe possesses the area expertise with knowledge of neighborhoods, buildings, school districts, waterways, shopping, and local attractions. Having survived the real estate boom and crash in New York, Joe has the experience, patience and loyalty to work with any buyer or seller. He understands the importance of home ownership on many different levels and educates his consumers every step along the way.
